I’m a civic strategist, executive leader, and builder of bold, mission-driven organizations across Washington State. I’ve spent the past decade helping organizations scale impact, navigate policy, and align values with strategy; from leading the transformation of a nonprofit into a fully-funded trustee-state agency, to expanding youth leadership programs that shape tomorrow’s change-makers.
This site is a landing place for my professional experience in public service, systems leadership, and organizational development—with a side note that, yes, I also play a mean fiddle.

PHILOSOPHYTo me, leadership is about showing up fully, staying grounded in my values, and helping others step into their potential. It starts with presence; how I listen, adapt with intention, and hold space for complexity. My approach is rooted in clarity, curiosity, and authenticity, shaped by years of working across both high-stakes systems and tight-knit communities.
I don’t believe leadership is about having all the answers. It’s about asking better questions, building trust, and creating environments where people can grow.
Whether I’m navigating policy, mentoring emerging leaders, or facilitating strategic change, I lead with the belief that the best leaders don’t center themselves, they create the conditions for others to rise.
